Really amazing how charity work made Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt “powerful and influential” ^_^ The Daily Telegraph reported last Wednesday that Vanity Fair’s annual list of the world’s 100 most powerful and influential people listed Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt in their top 10. The list is scheduled to appear in the October issue of the magazine.

In Touch is reporting in their latest issue that the mother of six is suffering from postpartum depression. According to the magazine, Angelina Jolie is exhausted by the sleepless nights and has called in doctors over concerns for her newborns’ (Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon) health. And that it is the twins’ constant state of distress that has caused Angelina Jolie to slip into ‘depression mode’, prompting fears she may be suffering post-partum depression. The mag’s source revealed,

“[Angelina Jolie] has been trying to control her emotions [around her older children] her mood swings have been hard on the entire family. She has been staying in bed most of the time, all she does is sleep. She has little energy and has to force herself to remember to eat because she is still breast feeding. She cries at the drop of a hat and laughs at inappropriate times. Everyone around her is hoping that she will talk to someone about how she is feeling.”

In case you missed the whole hullabaloo, here’s a recap: the comedienne recently blogged about Jon Voight, his daughter and her hunky partner. Roseanne Barr first insulted Jon then criticized Angelina Jolie for stating that she was undecided on a presidential candidate and was waiting to hear more information. She called Brad Pitt “vacuous,” and noted that the couple make “forty million dollars a year in violent psychopathic movies and give away three of it to starving children,” referring to the Jolie-Pitt Foundation. Of course, Roseanne’s vile post drew wild reactions.

And so, one day after insulting Jon Voight, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt on her blog, the comedienne “sort of” apologized to Hollywood’s top couple — but she didn’t extend the peace sign to the Jon. In a blog post titled “I do not know Brangelina,” Roseanne Barr wrote: “[I] do not mean to personally impugn them as they might be good people in the flesh, but the media’s images of them are smelly and vile, and I must always attack the media’s representation of what is good or cool.” Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have not yet commented since the blog lashing.

Last December, an actor playing a part with Angelina Jolie leaned over and kissed her. The only trouble was, it wasn’t in the script, and he thus received a slap from our fave actress! Jason Butler Harner, who is Angelina Jolie’s co-star in Clint Eastwood’s upcoming “Changeling”, explains:

“I try to be selective with my improvising. Clint approved. He could see it happening and he said, ‘Do it and we’ll see what happens.’ I had talked to her [Angie] at the beginning of the day. We had a big scene, and we’re supposed to be coming out of our corners, so it was a ‘How do we do this?’”

But, Jason Butler Harner didn’t mention he was planning to kiss her. Here’s how the stolen kiss went down: Angelina Jolie was supposed to be pushing the actor against a wall. It was the movie’s climatic scene, and her character, Christine Collins, was supposed to be confronting his character, Gordon Stewart Northcott, and asking him, “Did you kill my son?” Jason then kissed her and,

“She slapped me and she held me and she hit me and it was great. She totally went with it. She’s really smart. She’s beautiful, but she’s really smart, and she’s a great actress.”
